I have not received my voucher?

As soon as your booking is confirmed, we send out your voucher to the e-mail address you provided. If you haven’t received it please check your spam filter or make sure your mailbox is not full. You can also print your voucher online using Manage Booking section on our website. Just enter your e-mail address and Reservation number/pick up date and click find reservation. Then you can print your voucher.
