I just received an e-mail telling me my booking was denied, what does this mean?

In the event that your requested rental car is not available we will contact you to discuss the alternative options that we have, however, if we are unsuccessful at making contact with you to discuss these option then we will have to deny your rental request. We can still re-book you a vehicle for you, all you have to do is e-mail reserve@cartrawler.com and one of your Reservations Agents will call you back as soon as possible.
